Warm & Welcoming

 

The warmth of our congregation is reflected in our relaxed take on traditional worship. As we go through the service, worship will be vibrant, quiet, holy, reflective, responsive in turn or in combination.

Before and after the time set aside for worship, the church is alive with fellowship and friendship as people come early or stay after to greet old friends or welcome new ones.
 

We don't hurry through welcoming each other and passing the peace of Christ 

and we conclude it by forming a circle and being united in heart as we sing They'll Know We Are Christians by our Love.

 

Sharing our joys, our sorrows, our concerns, and our prayers for ourselves and others is a treasured part of our worship time.

It is our time to listen for God's word to us, to glorify the Lord with glad and grateful hearts, to cast our burdens upon the Lord, and to open our hearts and minds to the

transforming power of the Holy spirit in our lives so that we may be equipped to be faithful disciples, ready to do God's work in the world.
